To put in a lot of effort to ensure that the school becomes a dominant player in the community of senior high technical schools and to produce students who will one day be able to assume positions of authority in the halls of power.

 MISSION
To provide students who enter the school with access to a first-rate and long-lasting education that is capable of molding them into responsible, well-adjusted individuals who will be an invaluable asset to both their families and society as a whole and who will be able to pass on that education to future generations.

 

BRIEF HISTORY

Mpasiatia Senior Technical School is a coeducational institution that was founded on the 28th of January in 1991. It is situated at Mpasatia, which is located in the Ashanti Region, off the Abuakwa-Bibiani Highway following Atwima Wiawso.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE YEARS
i. SSSCE: Since 2005, the school has scored 100% in the SSSCE with respect of the following subjects: Foods and Nutrition, Management living, Woodwork, Metal Work, Building Construction, Business Management, Principles of Cost Account, Financial Accounting, Clothing & Textiles
ii. WASSCE: In 2008, the school scored an unprecedented 100% in the WASSCE regarding the following subjects; English Language, Core Maths, Social Studies. The school presented 325 candidates. In 2009 the school also scored 100% in the following subjects (Social Studies, Elective Maths, Twi, History, Geography, General Knowledge in Art, Clothing and textiles, Metal Work, Building Construction and Wood Work)

The school has a formidable male and female football teams. Our female team, for instance, emerged the best team in an all-female football competition organized in the Atwima Mponua District in 2009.
Iii. Entertainment
Conscious of the old adage that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, the school organizes entertainment every Saturday where students (boarders) are treated to a variety of juicy programmes including Jams, Debates, Pick and Act etc. Sometimes, resource persons are invited to give talks on important and interesting topics to the student.
